Customer operations
This feature, found in the "Customer" menu allows you to view the list of all transactions made by the currently selected customer. The data can be particularly useful in the event of any dispute about the status of the customer's account.
The date, type of transaction, purchase amount, any amount paid and the movements, the relevant balances of the points, prepaid credit and discounts accumulated are all displayed for each transaction.
The analyses can also be performed by selecting only the transactions carried out on the card of the customer in a particular period.
The results displayed by this feature can be printed, exported in HTML or to Excel.
