Outlets
Softvision Fidelity Card is a loyalty system that can manage loyalty campaigns run by one or more outlets of a business.
This feature is very useful for performing statistical analyses or reports with Transaction history and Statistics in the "Settings" menu, as the above are able to show reports and analyses relating to a specific outlet.
By default the system is set with a single outlet. To add others just go to "Outlets" in the "Company" menu.
In the store settings, besides of the main data, is very important to define following fields:
- Business sector: indicate the product sector of the company (eg, bar, beauty salon, clothing). This field it's important for the smarthphone App, since it's used to make research within the loyalty circuit.
- Stores group: is the stores group of belonging.
- Network commission: is the incomes percentage destined to the circuit, if it will be used the Multi Level Marketing.
